In 2005, the band members decided to bring a Metallica set in addition to the regular performances. In the year 2007/2008, the band decided to register as a Metallica tribute for the national band competition "Clash of the cover bands". This was a great period for the band, in which, in the run-up to the final, great stages such as the Mezz Breda, the Effenaar Eindhoven, 013 Tilburg and Paradiso Amsterdam were visited. Ultimately, this Metallica tribute was chosen as the winner in the national final in the Vechtse Banen in Utrecht. In addition, Thijs received the award for best guitarist. Meanwhile, the Metallica repertoire has expanded into a spectacular tribute show.
In 2005 besloten de bandleden naast de reguliere optredens een Metallica-set te gaan brengen.In het jaar 2007/2008 besloot de band om zich als Metallica tribute in te schrijven voor de landelijke bandcompetitie "Clash of the coverbands". Dit werd een mooie periode voor de band waarbij, in de aanloop naar de finale, vette podia als, de Mezz Breda, de Effenaar Eindhoven, 013 Tilburg en Paradiso Amsterdam werden aangedaan. Uiteindelijk werd deze Metallica tribute in de landelijke finale in de Vechtse Banen te Utrecht gekozen tot winnaar. Daarnaast mocht Thijs de award van beste gitarist in ontvangst nemen. Inmiddels is het Metallica repertoire uitgebreid tot een spectaculaire tributeshow.
